Answer

A representative of remitter (sender) or remittee (receiver) may send or receive a transfer of money by proxy if it set up in due order and form, namely:

• The proxy must be notary certified.
• A common proxy for disposal may be accepted provided that it contains the right to draw on accounts with banks.
• A proxy issued by a Russian citizen may also be certified by a Russian embassy abroad, by a foreign citizen by a Russian embassy abroad or by a foreign embassy in the Russian Federation.
• A proxy in a foreign language is presented to the bank with notarized translation into Russian.
• The original of a proxy is left within the bank.
