CONTACT - a new level of quality
On July 28, 2005 CB RUSSLAVBANK - the Clearing Center of CONTACT system- has successfully passed the certifying audit of Total Quality Management in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
CONTACT money transfers and payments system was approved by one of the largest audit companies BVQI (Bureau Veritas Quality International) to awarding with International Certificate in "Settlements implementation on transfers and payments of the Clearing Bank for the participants of CONTACT system"
International Standard Organization (ISO) is a world-wide Fedration of national standard organisations (members of ISO)
The Bank conducts management operations in accordance with the International Standards that guarantees the quality of CONTACT system's operating.CONTACT is the first domestic money transfers and payments system without opening accounts for individuals in Russia, CIS and other foreign countries. Today the CONTACT network includes more than 7000 locations in 80 countries
