THE SYSTEM OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT "RUSSLAVBANK" CORRESPONDS TO THE INTERNATIONAL QUALITY STANDARDS

On July 14 in JCB "RUSSLAVBANK" – the clearing center of CONTACT system – the first supervising audit of System of quality management on conformity to requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2000 has successfully come to the end. Auditor supervision was carried out by representatives of independent certified body “Bureau Veritas Quality International” (BVQI).

Supervising audit is a component of the complex program of development of the international money transfers and payments system CONTACT. The program is aimed at improvement of service quality, the offer to participants of the market new products, the maximal satisfaction of clients’ requirements.
Auditors have especially noted interest of management and personnel in conformity of the clearing center activity to quality standards ISO 9001:2000. Results of audit confirm constant development and perfection of a control system in the clearing center that opens to Bank wide spectrum of opportunities for cooperation in the international market of financial services.
As a reminder, in 2005 RUSSLAVBANK has passed certification on the organization and realization of calculations of transactions and payments of CONTACT system’s participants according to Total Quality Management and requirements of quality standard ISO 9001:2000.
