The 3rd International Conference on CONTACT system

The Conference was organized by AKB «RUSSLAVBANK» (ZAO) - the founder of "CONTACT" money transfers and payments system. The aim of the Conference was the increase of work efficiency in the multifunctional CONTACT system, namely: attraction of new type of mass consumer, enlargement of retail banking on the basis of unified CONTACT technology, the general improvement of quality of service. The following topics were discussed at the Conference: money transfers market,economy of migration, new products and new corporate participants of CONTACT system, new aspects of brand positioning, standards and features of CONTACT system product promotion, the software as a tool of increasing of quality. The new payment service, developed on the basis of unified CONTACT technology was presented at the Conference, providing the following opportunities by using the simplified procedure: -To collect payments made by individuals in favor of legal entities without opening an account (collection of payments, payments for the services,purchase of the goods, updating of electronic purses and so on). -To conduct transactions from legal entities to individuals (payout of winnings, fees, cash assets of electronic purses and so on). Today the "CONTACT" system offers: - to pay for MTS services with the immediate crediting of money to the account - to repay consumer credits rendered by CB "Renaissance Capital" - To credit RUPAY payment system account - to pay for air tickets, travel package or hotel room booking rendered by “Travel City – Avantix.ru” - to credit MARAFON bookmaker accounts as well as to get a winning - other services The representatives of Central Bank of Russian Federation, RF Government, Profile Committees of State Duma, Association of Russian Banks, MIGROS union; banks-participants; foreign companies, offering services via CONTACT system abroad, corporate partners in the field of payments, representatives of international banks took place at the Conference. During th Conference banks-participants have been awarded diplomas and valuable presents in "The best advertising company" and "The best office decorating" nominations. Inquiry: "CONTACT" - the first domestic money transfers and payments system - has been working on Russian market for six years. CONTACT system makes international money transfers in US dollars and Euros as well as transfers in rubles across Russia and abroad between individuals without opening an account. CONTACT network consists of 252 banks, 24 companies, having more than 6000 locations in 77 countries world-wide. Network of CONTACT participants and services is steadily expanding. During the last year 80 banks as well as 8 companies offering money transfer service abroad has joint the system. The annual growth in money transfers is more than 200% «RUSSLAVBANK» (Central Bank of Russia General Banking License № 1073) acts as a founder and a Clearing Center of CONTACT system.
