How to use CONTACT-ACCOUNT:
- Visit any office of any partner bank.
- Ask a manager to make a Money Transfer through CONTACT-ACCOUNT.
- Provide Beneficiary’s last name, name and patronymic (if any).
- Provide Beneficiary’s country, bank and account details:
- For transfers to accounts with any Russian bank: BIC (Bank Identification Code) (9 characters)
and account number with this Bank (20 digits).
- For transfers to account with any European bank (except Sweden): SWIFT BIC of the bank (11 characters) and IBAN.
- For transfers to account with any Swedish bank: Bank’s name and Clearing-code, and account number with this Bank.
The maximum amount of a single Money Transfer through CONTACT-ACCOUNT is 350 000 rubles (to Russia),
and 10 000 Euros (to Europe).
